What is the promotion?
SMA® Baby Club promotional referral programme is a monthly rolling prize draw giving existing SMA® Baby Club members the chance to win one of the four promoted prizes. You can enter the prize draw by referring your friends to sign up to the SMA® Baby Club.

How long is the promotion running for?
The promotion will take place on a rolling basis. It will open at 12:00 PM GMT or BST on the first Wednesday of every month, starting on January 2nd 2019. Each monthly draw will close at 11:59:59 AM GMT /BST on the first Wednesday of the following month. Only one winner will be chosen during each promotional period.

Entering the Promotion

How do I participate in the promotion?
To take part, go to the landing page, follow the instructions and share your unique referral link with as many friends, family and colleagues as you like. There is no purchase necessary to enter this promotion but internet access is required. You can use the same unique referral link during the promotional period. Please note that you have to generate a new unique link for each new promotional period.

What is the referral process? How will I know if the friends and family I have sent the referral link to have signed up?
When you send your unique referral link, your referee (your friend or family member who you send the link to) will need to click on that link within the same monthly promotional period and sign up to the SMA® Baby Club. Once they have signed up and have validated their email address, that will count as a valid referral and will count as one entry for you into that month’s prize draw. Each additional valid referral will count as one additional entry in to the prize draw. We will send an email part way through and at the end of the promotion to let you know how many successful referrals you have made in to the relevant month’s draw. Please note that your referee must be an expecting or parent of a child under 2 to be able to sign up.

My friends/family members say they can’t access my referral link, what should I do?
Check that they are using your unique referral link, and then contact our Careline via our contact form or by phone on 0800 0818180 (UK) for help.

How many friends/family members can I refer?
As many as you like – the more valid sign ups via your unique referral link, the better your chances of winning your prize selection for that month. You need to successfully refer (i.e. the referee has accepted your link, signed up and validated their email) at least one new individual each month in order to be entered into that month’s prize draw. To participate in each month’s draw you will need to generate a unique referral link to coincide with the monthly promotional period.

How is the winner notified?
If you are successful, you will receive an email once the prize draw has been made at the end of the month, so keep your eyes peeled! Make sure you check your SPAM and junk folders at this time.

Yes – as soon as you become an SMA® Baby Club member you can start referring people to join as part of this promotion.

The Prize

What prizes are available to be won?
There is one of four prizes to choose from; £500 worth of either retail outlet vouchers (2 retailers), videography sessions or baby/toddler swimming activities.

Why are there 4 prize options but only one winner?
We want to ensure that there is a prize to suit every SMA® Baby Club Member. As such there is one winner each month, but they can choose one of the four prizes available.

I want to change the prize option I’ve selected, how can I do this?
Once you have selected your prize option you are not able to amend your selection during the promotional period. You will be able to change your prize choice if you win at the end of the promotional period.

How will I receive my prize?
If you receive an email saying you’re the lucky winner, contact the Careline free of charge with the details given. Our team will then arrange delivery of the prize. You may need to provide some details and preferences to them at this point. Please note if you don’t claim your prize within 28 days your prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.

Can I substitute my prize for something else with the same value?
We have specially selected the four prizes available, these are not exchangeable for cash value or any other prize. We reserve the right to substitute any part of the prize for an item of equal or greater value due to circumstances outside of our control should any element of the prize be unavailable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

How long are the prizes valid for and how can I redeem it in the event I’m a winner?
You must claim your prize within 28 days of being notified. Instructions on how to redeem your chosen prize will be given to you upon win notification.

What details will I need to enter?
You simply need to sign in to your account to take part.

What details do my friends/family members need to sign up?
We will need all the information that you provided when you signed up, including full name, email address, a password, the date of birth of their child or their due date so we can personalise their experience, and their address if they want to claim a welcome pack.

What will you do with the details they provide upon sign up?
We will use the details to personalise their experience and content on the website. We will not share the details with 3rd parties, and will not send communications on pregnancy, feeding, baby care and SMA® weaning and toddler products, or weaning and Nestlé Cerelac products unless requested. All personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.

One of my friends signed up after the close of the promotion, does that still count as an entry?
Referral links expire at the end of each promotional period; therefore, you should generate a new referral link and send that link to your friend in order to be entered in to the new monthly draw period. Any referees that have already successfully signed up to the SMA® Baby Club won’t be able to sign up again.

No, a successful referral will only count if they use the unique link we provided you with.

My friend hasn’t received their email verification email, how do they validate their sign up?
If they’ve successfully entered their details and have already checked their junk and SPAM email folders, they may need to call our Careline on 0800 0818180 (UK) to help complete their sign up. The password reset link needs to be used within 24 hours otherwise it will expire and a new password reset link will need to be requested.

My friend thinks they submitted the wrong email during sign up, what should they do?
They will not be able to validate that account, so should create a new account via your unique link with the correct email address.

I can’t remember my SMA® Baby Club log in details, what should I do?
If you first signed up using Facebook, you may need to use your Facebook details. Otherwise you can use the password reset which will send an email to the address you first used upon sign up. The password reset link needs to be used within 24 hours otherwise it will expire and a new password reset link will need to be requested.

The website crashed whilst generating my referral link, what should I do?
In the first instance, please log in to your SMA® Baby Club account, if you successfully registered to take part in the promotion your referral link will be visible on the dashboard. If the website crashed prior to you being able to submit your request, your referral link won’t be visible and therefore you will need to restart the process in order to generate your referral link.

Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again.
